This article publishes a diploma for the veterans of the classis Misenensis. The diploma was issued to a Q. Munatius Mucatralis, son of Mestrius, who came from Anchialus in Thrace. On his entry into the fleet he was granted Latin citizenship, combining the Roman name element Q. Munatius with his native name Mucatralis. The constitution was published in Rome on 30 September 141. The prefect of the fleet was Caecius Severus, who held said office from around 139 to 141. In the diploma the suffect couple M. Vettius Valens and Ti. Claudius Saturninus appear for the first time. Their term of office lasted from 1 September to 31 October 141. The cursus honorum of the two senators, known from other sources, is briefly reconstructed.
