Publication Policy and Process
Editorial Review
Each article submitted to the journal is examined by Editors, whether the article is convenience in the journal’s aim and scope. It is then controlled by iThenticate program for the Similarity Index (SI) and plagiarism. If the article is unsuitable to the requirements of the journal or cannot pass the iThenticate audit, rejection is decided. Articles passed these processes successfully are sent by editors to two referees for peer review process.
Peer Review
This journal uses “double-blind review”. At this stage the submitted articles are sent to at least two reviewers who are experts in the related field and the identities of both the reviewer and the author are concealed from each other. In case of having a negative and a positive review, the Editorial Board may decide either a third reviewer, or to reject the article. In order to be published at least two positive review is required.
